Hello! I am traveling with a 13 and 2.5 year old. Which park is best to cater to both ages?

Hi Diana! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm happy to help with your vacation planning.

All of the Walt Disney World theme parks have plenty to offer children of all ages - it's what makes them such a wonderful destination for the young and the young at heart. If you are looking for the best park for your particular situation, my answer is Disney's Hollywood Studios; in my opinion it is THE place to be in 2020.

Diana, I have a daughter close in age to your two and a half year old, and I teach 13 year olds every day. The teens I interact with cannot stop talking about Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios. They all want to go! In addition, the park is home to some of the most thrilling attractions in Walt Disney World: The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster® Starring Aerosmith, both popular with teenagers. If your teen grew up enjoying the Toy Story movies, then they are sure to love playing with all of their favorite toys and riding the attractions in Toy Story Land. Your little one will find much to enjoy here as well - Toy Story Mania! and the character meet and greets are perfect for all ages. The land is situated so that your teenager could experience the more thrilling Slinky Dog Dash, while you and your little one say hello to Buzz Lightyear.

Your little one won't be left out at Disney's Hollywood Studios, as there is so much to see and do here for the youngest mouseketeers. My two year old daughter especially loves the Disney Junior Dance Party! and For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, both of which are humorous and entertaining for older audiences as well. In addition, on March 4, 2020, Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway will debut in the park. Since the attraction will not have a height requirement, all ages will be able to enjoy this zany adventure into Mickey Mouse's cartoon world. It looks like it will be so much fun, and I can't wait to ride!

With so much to see and do for all ages, Disney's Hollywood Studios is a wonderful choice for the entire family. Be sure to take a look at this list of attractions in the park, and filter them by height requirement to help plan your day.

I hope you have a magical vacation, Diana!
