Hi Nicole! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! In one week, you will be arriving at the immersive Southwest, Mexican-inspired
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. Treat yourself to a meal at one of my favorite Disney restaurants,
Toledo - Tapas, Steak, and Seafood. The rooftop view is amazing and the bites are delectable. I recommend the
Scallops and the Charred Octopus.
After much research, online chats, and resort phone calls, I, unfortunately, could not confirm if El Mercado de Coronado specifically carries oat milk. I am pretty confident however, a milk alternative will be available and oat milk may also be available based on information my pal,
Louise was able to confirm at another resort. Please read
her answer all about oat milk at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, another Disney Moderate Resort. Also note, your room will carry a beverage cooler. You may want to consider pre-arranging a
grocery delivery.
I do know in the theme parks, Joffrey's Coffee and Starbucks locations carry oat milk as I often add it to my morning cup of joe. I also recommend you do a quick Google search online to read many blogs about milk alternatives at Walt Disney World Resort.
Over at Disney Springs, I am currently obsessed with the vegan ice cream treats from
Salt & Straw. You can also always find vegan dessert options at
Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC. You can read all about
Special Dietary Requests and allergy-friendly dining at Walt Disney World Resort to help plan your trip. Also, feel free to request allergy-friendly menus at all dining locations including Quick Service spots. I advise you to inform your server at Table-Service locations upon your arrival as well.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
