Hello, I am traveling to "The World" in December with my daughter who has many neurological issues, one being food texture. If we go to Be Our Guest Restaurant, can I order butterd noodles for her? Augratin macaroni is offered, can that be switch

    Hi Amy:

Disney World restaurants are able to accommodate many food preferences, allergies, or intolerances.  If Disney is able to accommodate the request, they will do so or work with you to find a suitable alternative.  Au Gratin Macaroni is currently on the menu as a side dish.  While I cannot guarantee that the chef will be able to provide buttered noodles, it's very likely they can do so, or find another food item that your daughter will eat.

I would start by looking at Disney's Special Dietary Requests page for more detailed information.  I would call the Disney reservation line at (407) WDW-DINE to note the preference and reason in your reservation.  Your daughter should also inform her server about the preference as she is seated at the restaurant.  She is also free to ask to speak to the chef or manager when you arrive at the restaurant.

    Enjoy  your vacation.
