We are traveling wit 40 Boy Scouts and family members - have camping and cabin reservations at Ft Wilderness and a Grand Gatherings number. I cannot figure out how to make Hoop De Doo reservations for the entire group using our GG No. Is this even possib

    Hi there, Spencer!

The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue in Pioneer Hall at Disney's Fort Wilderness will be a real hit with your Scouts and their families.

Because you have a Grand Gathering, you will need to contact (407) WDW-DINE and be put in touch with Group Sales/Dining.

The coordinator you speak with will need to know the number of people in your party, (and likely the number of children versus the number of adults - you might want to have the ages of the children available as well).

Based on your information, the coordinator will work to ensure seats together. You can find the seating chart and prices online, and that might help you to narrow down your requested seating areas and price points.

Please note that you will be required to provide a credit card number to guarantee the reservation. Make sure, too, to note the cancellation policy for a group of that size. And a gratuity will automatically be added to your bill.

Have a hootin', hollerin' great time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
