Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Jennifer.
Disney's Wilderness Lodge is such a fabulous resort to stay at. I absolutely love it there and I hope you will too. June is going to be a great time to visit, the pool area there is fantastic.
Jennifer, there isn't a way to pay off the balance of your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay online. You actually won't be billed at all for this until after you check in - typically on the last day of your trip. They'll use the credit card you placed on file unless you specify a different method of payment when you arrive such as a
Disney Gift Card or something like that. You can also bill things to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room throughout your stay and these charges will be added on to your final bill at the end of your stay.
While you are staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Jennifer, I hope you'll plan a time to visit
Geyser Point Bar & Grill. It's my favorite spot to grab a beverage or a bite to eat. The lounge operates on a first-come, first-serve, walk-up list, which I absolutely love. I haven't ever waited more than 30 minutes to enjoy which I think is great for how popular this spot is. If possible, I like to request one of the couch areas near the lake - it's a really beautiful and comfortable spot to sit. For food, pretty much all of the
menu is great but I do recommend trying the Cheesy Barbecue Brisket with housemade chips. It is really scrape the plate clean good, I can't go there without ordering this. For cocktails, if you are a fan, I am obsessed with their spicy margarita. It isn't on the menu but if you ask for it all of the bartenders make a really great one.
Jennifer, I think you are going to have such a magical time while staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. If you have any more planning questions along the way, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Enjoy!
