Hi! We are traveling w/group of 9. Already have three rooms booked. I would like the dining plan, but does it go by party or room? The trip is for May 2012, how would I add the dining plan for only part of my party? Thanks, Crystal.

    Hi Crystal,

Each of the three rooms in your traveling party can choose whether the occupants want or do not want the Disney Dining Plan. Everyone in a given room must sign up for the same plan, but not every room must participate in the Disney Dining Plan. Each room has the freedom to make its own choice.  Disney Dining Plan credits are attached to your resort room, not to the larger group.

If you wish to add the Disney Dining Plan to your room, simply call the person with whom you made your resort reservation and ask them to add it to only your room.  You must do this no less than 48 hours before your arrival at the resort.  Keep in mind that you will only be eligible to add the Disney Dining Plan if you are purchasing a vacation package that includes theme park tickets (unless you have booked your room as an annual passholder).

Wishing you a magical vacation next May!  Don't hesitate to post additional questions if you have them.
