I am traveling to WDW with my wife, my cousin and her husband. My wife and I have annual passes. We will all be dining together. I understand we can all take advantage of our AP dining discount, but can we still if we split the check to pay separately?

    Hi Todd!

I feel like I hit the lottery with your question because it asks about two of my favorite things: Annual Passes and Disney dining! Thanks for posting your query to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

If you would like your cousin and her husband to enjoy the benefit of your Annual Pass discount on dining, you will have to include them on your check. Or, there's a slightly more complicated way you could go about it. You mentioned that your wife also has an Annual Pass. If she orders the food for your cousin and her husband, and you order the meals for you and your wife, then you would have two separate checks. Both would have the Annual Pass discount. However, your cousin would have to pay for the check that covers her and her husband's meals using cash. The name on the credit card paying for the meals must match the name on the Annual Pass. Does that make sense?

Don't hesitate to ask if you'd like any additional advice about how to squeeze as much magic as possible out of your Annual Pass to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Jill
