Hi! I am traveling to WDW in 4/16 & staying in the Treehouse Villas. I will have my 2 children (4 & 23 months) as well as my gramma (75 years old.) How is the travel to the bus from the villa & bus to the parks? Gramma will have a scooter..

    Hi Lauri,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I recently stayed at the Treehouse Villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.  The Treehouse Villas are quiet, lovely, and relaxing. They are truly a unique experience in Walt Disney World.

The Treehouse Villas have two bus stops. From the Treehouse Villa bus stops, buses run directly to the main area of Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Once at the main area of Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, you will need to disembark the bus from the Treehouse Villas and then wait for a bus to the theme park to which you want to go. When you return from the theme park, you will need to reverse this process, first taking a bus to Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and then transferring to a bus for the Treehouse Villas. This process can take extra time since you are taking two buses to get to any theme park. The good news is that the two buses speak to how secluded and peaceful the Treehouse Villas feel when you arrive at them.

If you are able to bring your own car, there is parking available very near all of the Treehouse Villas. The Treehouse Villas are set up in groups of a few Treehouse Villas off of a small path that is set back from the road. Where the small path hits the road, there is enough parking for guests of the Treehouse Villas on that small path. If you are able to bring a car, you would be able to park very close to your Treehouse Villa. Guests of Walt Disney World resorts park for free at the theme parks, so you could then drive to the theme parks to save time.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Lauri. Have a great time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
