Hi Jessica,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!
You must have a reservation at a Walt Disney World Disney Vacation Club resort or Walt Disney World resort hotel in order to purchase a Disney Dining Plan. However, since you are both a Disney Vacation Club members and an Annual Passholder, there are some other options for you for your dining at Walt Disney World.
There are typically many discounts offered to
Disney Vacation Club members on dining at Walt Disney World. Be sure to check out the link I provided for current dining discounts. Likewise, there are many
dining discounts offered to Annual Passholders. Again, check out the link I provided for specific current discounts. Please be aware that discounts offered to Disney Vacation Club members and Annual Passholders are subject to change. If you arrive at a dining location and ask which discount they have, your server should be able to let you know the current discount.
Also, as a Disney Vacation Club member or an Annual Passholder, you can purchase
Tables in Wonderland. I often opt for this option as is gives a 20% discount on food and beverage at many Walt Disney World locations. Because my family tends to only eat out one meal each day when we are at Walt Disney World, and then eat the rest of our meals in our villa, this option works well for us.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Jessica! Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
