We will be traveling to WDW soon. What is required for a Guest Assistance Card?

    Hi there Sandra,

Disney prides itself on being able to provide a magical experience for every guest, regardless of special needs and disabilities!  In order to discuss your situation, you'll need to visit the guest relations location for the park you are visiting (ie: Town Hall in Magic Kingdom).  A Cast Member specially trained to assist you will be on hand to help come up with ways to make your visit to the parks enjoyable!

While it is not require. to furnish any documentation when receiving a Guest Assistance Card, it's always a good idea to bring along as much information as you can, which will expedite the process and will help the Cast Member to devise a plan tailored to meet your specific needs!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
