We are traveling to WDW in September. We have 2 parties traveling from airport to 2 different disney resorts. Can we book private transportation from mears transportation and drop off at 2 different resort locations?

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Allison!

I love that you will be spending time with others during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Having more individuals join the fun guarantees some special memories for everyone involved.

I have had the opportunity to use Mears on more than one occasion, and they are lovely! I did place a call to Mears to ensure that I got the best answer because this is a great question. If you use the Mears Black Car service, you can reserve for both families to be dropped off at two different resort locations (as long as your party does not exceed the allowed maximum number of passengers). If the families are coming in on two different flights, make the reservations based on the latest flight arrival time.

Once you have arrived, you can use the provided Disney Bus Transportation, the Disney Monorail Transportation, and the Disney Skyliner. In addition, you can always utilize the Minne Van Service Connected by Lyft, which is a fun way to be transported within Disney World.

If you have additional questions, we are happy to help.

    Have a magical adventure!
