    We are traveling to WDW PORS in June and we will be there for my daughters 1st birthday. How do I go about ordering a cake for Chef Mickeys that night and possibly getting our room decorated with balloons and such?

    Hi Shelli!

    What a wonderful way to celebrate your daughter's 1st birthday!  You can order a cake by calling the Cake Hotline at 407-827-2253 at least 48 hours prior to your meal at Chef Mickey's.  They'll be able to assist you in ordering the perfect cake for this very special occasion!

    As far as having your room decorated, I'd recommend visiting the Disney Florist website and look around to see some of the items they have available.  You'll want to especially pay attention to the 'Birthday' and 'In-Room Celebrations' links.  Once you have an idea of what you'd like in your room, give them a call and they'll be happy to work with you to make your celebration perfect.

    By the way, I was fortunate enough to experience one of the In-Room Celebrations and I was blown away with everything that came with it...including the 3-foot Mickey Mouse!  If it's within your budget, I'd highly recommend this as your celebration!
