We are traveling to WDW in Oct. and bought a 6 day base ticket as part of our package with free dining. We also joined the DVC but after paying for the Oct. trip. Is it possible to get a credit for 6 day ticket to apply towards purchase of annual pass?

    Hi Miranda,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  My family and I also have annual passes to Walt Disney World.  Being able to visit the four theme parks whenever we want to is wonderful.

You should be able to upgrade your six-day base tickets to annual passes.  You will need to do this in person at one of the Guest Relations booths at a theme park at Walt Disney World.  Take your tickets with you, and ask that their value be applied to the cost of annual passes.  You will need to pay the difference between the value of the six-day base tickets and annual passes.  Also, be sure to take your Disney Vacation Club Membership ID with you.  Currently, Disney Vacation Club members receive a nice discount on select annual passes to Walt Disney World.  Although discounts are subject to change, you should definitely ask about it!

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Miranda.  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
