    We are traveling to WDW in November. Can you tell me about how long before that time will they start selling the tickets for Mickey's Christmas Party? I am trying to get everything organized well in advance.

    Hello Mary! The Disney Parks Moms Panel loves planners! Your question reflects that of a great Disney-planner! You are clearly excited for one of the most magical experiences in Magic Kingdom Park during the most magical time of the year.

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is such a special and unique way to experience Magic Kingdom Park! Celebrating Christmastime in this special place would put even Scrooge McDuck into the Christmas spirit! The holiday-themed parade, fireworks, and stage shows are stunning! I had the opportunity to visit Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party just last year and can't wait to visit again! Only the magic of Disney can make it "snow" in central Florida at Christmastime! Another aspect of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that I love is that Guests holding admission tickets to this event are able to enter the park as early as 4:00PM even though the party doesn't begin until 7:00PM!

    While Walt Disney World Resort has not yet announced dates for the 2020 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, we can look to the past to get an idea of when we should expect an announcement. Last year, tickets for this event went on sale on March 19th. Walt Disney World Resort typically keeps to similar time frames when releasing tickets for special events. This means that we should be expecting some news within the next few weeks! I encourage you to keep checking the Walt Disney World Resort website or the Disney Parks Blog for an announcement regarding ticket sales for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!
