I will be traveling to WDW in May with my 13 month old. She still takes two naps per day. With such a young infant who takes two naps, what have you done? I can schedule a trip back to the hotel once per day but twice per day seems to be too much.

I would recommend starting to walk with you little one each day if possible in a stroller.  If too cold, perhaps in a mall so your little one can get used to sudden loud noises and changes in light.  The morning you will probably be able to walk your little one through, but head back to the room around 11 and spend a few hours resting.  I will say in five months your little one may be sleeping less in the morning and more in the afternoon or vice versa.  The best advice would be to be patient and flexible.  The Baby Center's in each of the parks are wonderful.  Her first trip to Disney!!
