Hi We will be traveling to WDW from March 12-21 in 2010 with our 2 yr old. Are we able to bring snacks or drinks into the park with us for her? We do have the dining plan for us but she is too young to be on it.

    Hi Christy!

I always bring snacks, bottles of water and juice boxes into the parks for the kids - and for us adults too! It's definitely a good idea to have some of your daughter's favorite snack items on hand. I usually bring things like pretzels, crackers and fruit snacks. Small, single sized packages or ziploc bags work great and can really help pass the time while waiting in lines or for parades and fireworks to start.

Since your daughter is under the age of three and not on the dining plan, you will be able to share your meals with her for no added charge. She can share from your plate at any table service restaurants where you order from a menu. At buffet and family style all you care to eat meals, your daughter will be able to eat from the buffet or family style platter for no charge. The only time you would have to pay for a meal for her would be if you ordered a meal for her from the kid's menu. The kid's meals are usually around $8 and often include a drink, appetizer or side dish, entree and dessert.

I hope this helps! Have a wonderful vacation!
