I will be traveling to WDW in late September for my son's birthday with my parents and brothers. We have 3 different rooms between the 8 of us but will dine together. Will they keep our charges separate by room or charge them all on 1 bill with the DP.

You can have your bills created in whatever manner you prefer. You can have them billed together or separately in any combination according to your needs. All you need to do is speak to your server at the restaurant when you are seated. Make sure he or she knows which people go on which bill each member of your party should appear on. It will be no problem to generate multiple bills for subsets of your group.

Enjoy your stay at Walt Disney World!
