Traveling to WDW Jan 1 -18. We have 5 day MYW tickets with water parks and more option. We plan to visit EP on 1/13, AK on 1/14, MK on 1/15, Typhoon Lagoon on 1/16, and HS on 1/17. Can we go to MagQust on 1/12 or will this be considered a 6th day?

    Hi Chandra,

You absolutely can visit DisneyQuest on your first day.

    Here's how your tickets work:

With your 5 day Magic Your Way tickets, you'll be able to visit one Walt Disney World park (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom or Disney's Hollywood Studios) per day of your visit. From the date of your first use of your admission ticket, you'll have 14 days before your tickets will expire.

With the Water Parks Fun and More option added to your admission ticket, you will have five separate visits to the water parks and DisneyQuest within those fourteen days.

Therefore, you could visit DisneyQuest on January 12 and Typhoon Lagoon on January 16, thus using two of the five visits. Or, you could go to Typhoon Lagoon on January 12 during the day, followed by DisneyQuest in the evening using two visits in one day. This would free up January 16 for a fifth park day at one of the major theme parks listed above. I would recommend a second day at the Magic Kingdom or Epcot.

Another good option is to use another Fun Option on your Animal Kingdom day. Typically this park closes early in the evening. After, go to DisneyQuest for some night time entertainment. This would count as one Magic Your Way admission and one visit from your Water Parks Fun and More allotment.

I hope this information helps. If you need further clarification, please stop back and let us know. I want you to get the most out of your WDW vacation and the best value from your tickets!
