Traveling to WDW for the first time with my two boys (ages 4 & 5) in Sept. 2008. I will also be traveling with family members. Staying at the Carribean Resort for 8 days. Trying to decide on a stroller. Bring my own (double or 2 single umbrellas?) or r

Hi Lesley!  Sadly, your question was partially cut off, but I think you are trying to decide between renting or bringing your own stroller and if so, what kind of stroller to bring.

I am very much in favor of bringing your own stroller since you will be walking many places throughout WDW, not just the parks; and children can tire out so easily.  I think you'll find you will use the strollers at the airport, around the resort (the Caribbean resort is beautiful, but large!), Downtown Disney, and most importantly, to use coming and going from the bus stops.  Since the strollers have to be folded up on the buses, a double stroller can be quite cumbersome.   We found umbrella strollers were much easier to bring on buses, but still worked well for our sons.  You can also purchase a clip to join them together when you'd like them to convert to "one" stroller.  Have a magical first trip with your sons!!
