I am traveling to WDW for the first time with my Husband, our 4 kids and my Mother. We are a party of 7 total. When making advanced dining reservations on-line do I count my infant who will be 9 months when we go as a party total? Thanks,

    Hi, Sarah!

I’m so glad to hear that you’re planning your family’s first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! There’s so much to discover and explore, especially with the addition of New Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park.

When making your Advanced Dining Reservations online, I would recommend including your 9-month-old in the total party count. There will be fields where you enter the name and age of everyone in your group, and there you’ll be able to select “infant” for your baby’s age. That way you’ll be seated at a table large enough to accommodate all of you, including a high chair for your little one.

I hope this helps, Sarah. Please write back with any other questions you may have as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
