I am traveling to WDW in February with my 6 month old who is starting solids. We are staying at the grand floridian. Where can I purchase baby food? Can I have it delivered? If I do, can I store food that needs refrigeration in our room?

    Hey there, Georgina!
Your Disney vacation is in just a few days! Yay!

There are a few options for making sure that your sweet little one has what they need during your stay.

    1. You can pack foods for your little one in one of the luggage that you will check at the airport. We've done this before and everything arrived just as I packed it. And remember, if you will be using Magical Express your luggage will be delivered to your room. If you choose this option, be sure to have enough of your little one's essential items in a carry-on bag, as it can take up to 4 hours for your luggage to arrive in your room.

    2. There are several food delivery options. Lots of guests use Garden Grocer, a local store that will deliver to your resort. There's also Amazon Prime Pantry. Be sure to address your delivery this way to ensure that your package arrives safely. You'll then pick up your box from Bell Services.

    3. There may be a few baby food options at Sandy Cove Gifts and Sundries on the first floor of the main building at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Also located in each theme park are Baby Care Centers. These centers are a one-stop shop for all things baby. Not only do they have food, diapers, and any last minute medicines you might need but it's also air-conditioned with rocking chairs. Those chairs come in handy if baby gets a little fussy and needs a break!

Georgina, every resort room at Walt Disney World has a small refrigerator. These mini-frigs are big enough to store opened baby food, small cartons of milk and any leftovers from your lunch or dinner.

    Have a magical time, Georgina!
