We will be traveling to WDW in early January with 6 adults and 2 children (ages 2.5 and 18months). Should we get one large room for all of us or two rooms next to one another? Thanks for all your advice!!

Kacey, you will definitely need to reserve two rooms for your group or consider one of the many villa opportunities on property.  The All Star Music resort has a family suite that can sleep six and the fort Wilderness cabins can also sleep six but both would be very crowded with six adults and the two children!  Please click HERE to see the other villa resorts and the options you have with them for a large group as you will be traveling with.  I personally would recommend at least two bathrooms for six adults and you might find that two rooms are more economical then the villas.
