We will be traveling to WDW during Christmas, staying at The Wilderness Resort. We are bringing gifts with us but can't wrap because we will be flying. Will there be gift wrapping supplies at the resorts, or should I bring from home?

Hi Lisa!  I suggest you bring the gift wrapping supplies with you in your checked baggage.  You can bring paper, tape and scissors and finish once you have checked in and settled in the room.  You can also ship these supplies and others to the resort so it is there when you arrive.  You will find resort addresses on the Disney website and if you click HERE I will route you to the Wilderness Lodge resort.

Another simple idea we have done when we have spent a Christmas holiday at Walt Disney World is to leave the gifts at home.  We took pictures of them and brought the pictures and put them in individual envelopes.  We wrapped the envelopes so everyone had something to open but we didn't have to worry about the bulk of all the gifts.  One envelope had a special Disney gift card to use to buy their own toys or gifts during the trip.  This was an excellent way to keep luggage at a minimum and still have the joy of opening gifts on Christmas morning for our family.

    Have a magical holiday!
