We are traveling to WDW from 2-17 to 2-24, and bought immediate memory maker on 1-14. Will we still be able to use it for our trip if we haven't gone/taken any pictures yet? Thanks!

    Hi, Jeff!

I guess I am a bit confused as to why you purchased the "immediate" Memory Maker if you are not traveling until a later date? For future purchases of Memory Maker, you only need to purchase the "immediate" option if using it within 3 days of your trip. Otherwise, you can get the Advance Purchase price and save a few dollars.

On your My Disney Experience account, scroll to the bottom to  make sure your Memory Maker is linked. If you do not see it listed, call (407)939-7765 to have it linked properly. It will not be activated until your first photo is captured.

If you see it listed, you are set to get your memories captured on Memory Maker! Make sure to have the My Disney Experience app downloaded on your smartphone so you can see your pictures right away. My kids love this feature so they can post the pictures to their social media sites.

When you get your photos taken, your MagicBand will be scanned and your photos will be linked to your account. Super handy AND super fun! I hope you get a lot of amazing pictures to look back at with happy memories.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
