    We are traveling to WDW beginning on 10/16. We plan to attend the MNSSHP on 10/17, but have character dining reservations at the CP at 3:35pm. Will we be denied entrance to the park for dinner seeing as normal admittance is not until 4pm?

    Hi, Monica!

    Officially, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party does not start until 7:00 p.m. but as a courtesy and to help with traffic flow, guests are permitted to enter with their party ticket as early as 4:00 p.m.  Now, will they bend the rules any further to allow for your 3:35 p.m. dining reservation?  This is a situation I just cannot guarantee.  Based on my experience, they stick to the 4:00 p.m. entrance time, as this is already a "bonus" 3 hours of park time over what is promised with the party.

    I would see if you can move your reservation to 4:00 p.m. or later, or if you feel luck and pixie dust is on your side, arrive at 3:30 p.m. to see if the Cast Members are allowed to grant you early entry.  Please be patient with them as they do not make the rules, they are just following what their boss, Mickey, tells them to do!
