Hi Moms! We are traveling to WDW in August and I am wondering where (in the four main parks) are good places to cool off? For example, I vaguely remember "Its a small world" being a cool ride (or even air conditioned?).Are the restaurants air co

    Hi Laura!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

This is a great question.  All of the Table Service restaurants at Walt Disney World are air conditioned.  Most of the Quick Service locations are too, but not all, especially if they really just provide a snack or a drink.

Most of the attractions in the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios are air conditioned.  The one park that doesn't have a lot of attractions with air conditioning is Disney's Animal Kingdom.

To really cool off one day, you might consider going to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.  Both are fabulous water parks and a "must do" for my family on every trip.  If you decide to go, you might consider going to Typhoon Lagoon.  It has a lot of shading due to its theming which can be really important on a hot and humid summer day.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
