We will be traveling to WDW in August. My 4 (almost 5) year old has food allergies. Does Disney provide ingredients lists? How do we find out which table service or counter service restaurants accommodate food allergies?

Hi Cindy - My daughter has food allergies also, so I understand your concern.  I've had great experiences at all of the Walt Disney World restaurants - they are all prepared to deal with allergy issues.

When dining at a table service restaurant, you can let the host or hostess know about the allergies when you check-in, and they'll send over the chef to discuss what's safe.  At counter service restaurants, you can ask for an ingredient list.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
