I am traveling to Walt Disney World with several family and friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. If I reserve a breakfast at the Crystal Palace for the entire group, can I change the number of guests as the date gets closer if anyone can't make it?

Hey there, Christy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel - and welcome to the fabulous 50s club! We're quite a fun bunch, if I do say so myself.

It sounds like you've got an amazing birthday celebration planned! There's no better way to ring in a new decade than spending your big day at the Walt Disney World Resort. My husband surprised me for my 50th with a weekend at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, something I'd dreamed of since I was a little girl. It's one birthday I'll never, ever forget.

You're going to love meeting Winnie the Pooh and his pals from the Hundred Acre Wood at The Crystal Palace! Rest assured, if anyone in your party has a change of plans, you can always make adjustments. Most Walt Disney World restaurants have a 24-hour dining cancellation policy, so I'd just try to make your changes before that 24-hour mark. Otherwise, you should be good to go!

Christy, while you're celebrating your golden birthday, be sure to pick up a free birthday button! They're available at the front desk of Disney Resort hotels, in most retail shops in the Theme Parks, or at any Guest Relations location. Wear that big 5-0 proudly - we've earned it!

I hope this helps you plan a magical Walt Disney World vacation, Christy, and a very happy birthday from all of us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
