    Hi! Traveling to visit in a few weeks and unforunately, I cannot located our Park Cards from our original trip. Is it possible to get new cards? I think I selected email as the delivery method. Can I get new cards? This was so easy last visit.

    Thanks for stopping by to ask us this great question! There have been some changes to the methods you can use to access your theme park tickets, but I think you’ll find that these changes can help make your vacation life easier.

    You have three options to access your theme park tickets during your trip: 
    1. You can retrieve new ticket cards from any of the Guest Relations locations when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort.
    2. You can use the Disney MobileMagic Service to create a digital pass through the My Disney Experience mobile app for your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Google Pay-enabled Android phone.
    3. You can choose to purchase MagicBands from shopDisney online before your trip or once you arrive from one of the merchandise shops at Walt Disney World Resort. If you’re staying at one of the Disney Resort hotels, you can also take advantage of a pre-arrival discount by purchasing your MagicBands through your reservation.
    Keep in mind that whatever option you choose, you will need to use it throughout your theme park days to access your theme park tickets, Lightning Lane reservations, and Disney PhotoPass account. I've used all three of these methods and they all work great. In fact, you can even choose to use multiple methods during your trip if you want to have a backup. Since you'll need them throughout the day, I like using either Disney MobileMagic to put my tickets on my Apple Watch or MagicBands so I can access my entitlements with the touch of my wrist!
