Welcome to planDisney, Marc.
It's not long now until you'll be embarking on your Walt Disney World adventure. Make sure that you check out all the magical experiences that await you for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. In all my years of visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth, I've never seen
Cinderalla Castle looking so majestic. With its EARidescent makeover, it's the perfect backdrop for those memorable photos!
You're correct that dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance of your trip. One of the many
benefits of staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel is the ability to make reservations up to 60 days in advance of your trip
plus the length of your stay (up to 10 days). Reservation availability for select Walt Disney World restaurants typically begins each day at approximately 5:45 AM (EDT).
If you want the best chance of getting a table at the restaurant you set your heart on, here's what I suggest you do: Decide beforehand what
restaurant you'd like to eat at and when. You might even want to have some backup options, just in case. Make sure that your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date on your My Disney Experience account. 60 days before the date you arrive, at 10:45 AM. (BST), you can book your restaurant.
I'm a huge fan of
California Grill, Marc. The food, the drinks, the views, the service, the ambiance, the views (did I already say, the views?) are all just spectacular! It can be difficult to get reservations for this restaurant, but it won't disappoint if you can get a table. There's nowhere better to watch
Disney Enchantment.
I hope you have a magical holiday, Marc. Thanks for stopping by planDisney.
ChEARS,
Mike
