We are traveling with two other families, each planning to book through different channels, (i.e. AAA, Direct with Disney online, and through AMEX). Are we still able to "tie" our reservations together so our rooms can be near each another? Thx!

Hello Jennifer!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Mom´s Panel.

Walt Disney World is a perfect place to travel with friends and family, and cast member always try to accommodate all guests requests.  This is big part of the Disney magic.

When I travel with other families we book reservations with more than 180 days in advance.  Then each family calls (407) 939-7675 to ask Disney cast members to tie all reservations and get adjacent rooms.  I use confirmation numbers and reservation primary guest names.  Since reservations were booked separately, it is not guaranteed that rooms will be together.

To better our possibilities all families continue to ask for rooms together when doing check-in or in any other communication with cast members.  We also fax our resort, one or two weeks before arriving, with the same request.

Still, it is not guaranteed that rooms will be together.

Happy to help you plan a magical Disney vacation.
