Traveling twice in Sept for 4 days each, total of 8. I tried to get park passes for each day today and I am only allowed 3. I am staying at a resort, and have an annual pass, why the block on all days of my stay

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Anne!

First off, I'm so sorry you have had challenges planning your Walt Disney World vacation. This is a brave new world for all Disney fans, and clearly you have been a devoted one as an Annual Passholder

Have you heard the phrase, "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again?" Well, that is my advice to Annual Passholders when it comes to the Disney Park Pass system. As with any new system, glitches can and do happen...just ask Vanellope von Schweetz from Wreck-It Ralph. But the Disney tech experts were like Fix-It Felix and said, "I can fix it!" So I'm typing this as fast as I can to tell you to log back on like you are playing “Sugar Rush” and try booking the remaining park passes for the rest of your Walt Disney World vacation!

Sounds like you already have your Annual Pass and Disney Resort Hotel stays linked in My Disney Experience, so you should be able to make Theme Park reservations for those additional 5 days. Anne, there’s also a SWEET new addition in the Park Pass Availability link that will help you narrow the field and know in advance what parks are available on certain days. Game on!

Race back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more planning questions; we'd love to play the planning game with you. Have a magical vacation!
