Hi, there!
Brian, I'm so pleased to hear you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. And with
little ones in tow! You're sure to have a magical stay.
As a mom of three who loves a Disney vacation more than any other, I've traveled to the theme parks with toddlers and infants many times over. I'm happy to report that there are lots of
family-friendly attractions your infant can experience with you! A family-friendly attraction is one that appeals to Guests of all ages and does not post a height requirement, so your infant can certainly ride any attractions within this category. As babies, my kids most loved attractions with gentle, easy tracks like Peter Pan's Flight and The Seas with Nemo & Friends. They also enjoyed boat ride attractions like "it's a small world" and Na'vi River Journey. We never hesitated to take our little ones on "dark attractions" either, like Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion - we found they were much too young to have a frame of reference that would frighten them!
For attractions your little ones are just
too little for, be sure to use
Disney's Rider Switch. This convenient service makes it possible for parents to take turns riding popular thrill attractions without experiencing multiple wait times!
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? The Baby Care Center is the perfect place to take your toddler and infant for a quiet diaper change or feeding.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brian. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
