Hey there, Jael, and welcome to planDisney! As a dad with three toddlers, I know the life of traveling with little ones firsthand. The stroller quickly has become my most trusted Disney Vacation accessory. For some, it’s the Mickey Ears; for others, it's the matching shirts. But for this Disney Dad, it’s the stroller!
Jael, you can definitely use your stroller to navigate Disney Transportation as you hop across the Theme Parks. It's helpful to know that each mode of transportation has its own rules regarding whether or not parents must fold the stroller to board the transportation. When using the Disney
Bus Transportation and
small watercraft transportation, the stroller must be folded and stowed out of the aisle. In my experience, I have never been asked to break down my stroller when using the ferryboat between the Ticket and Transportation Center and
Magic Kingdom Park. When boarding the
monorail or
Disney Skyliner, your toddler can remain in a single stroller as you head onto the transportation.
Jael, each Theme Park also has a
Baby Care Center available for Guest use. The Baby Care Center offers a quiet, air-conditioned space for mothers to nurse, heat bottles, or rock their babies to sleep. There is even a toddler space with Disney movies playing to calm the older kids. Whenever my kids need a moment to unwind, I make my way to the Baby Care Center. Because, you know, it’s really hard being pushed 10 miles in a stroller!
If your little one is a big Disney Jr. fan like mine, I recommend grabbing a breakfast reservation at
Hollywood & Vine in
Disney’s Hollywood Studios during your stay! This character breakfast is outfitted with Disney Jr. characters like Fancy Nancy, Doc McStuffins, and so many more! After you’re finished with breakfast, you’ll be a short walk from the
Disney Jr. Play and Dance! attraction. This starting lineup is sure to lead to an epic stroller nap — making for the perfect time to utilize rider switch for a guilt-free voyage on
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run!
I hope this helps, Jael! If you have more questions while planning your vacation,
come back by and ask me! After all, you’ve got a friend in me!
To Infinity and Beyond,
PG
