    We are traveling with a three year old. From what I remember Pirates of the Caribbean has two good drops. Are there height or age limits for this particular ride?

    Hi Amanda,

    There is no height requirement for the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction at the Magic Kingdom Theme Park. It is classified as being both Fun for Everyone and a Mild but Wild Ride.

    This classic attraction does feature a 14-foot drop over a waterfall into pirate caves. The boat then floats through a town where pirates are pillaging and Captain Jack Sparrow is hiding. Another thing to note is that the ride is very dark in places which may frighten little ones.

    There is no reason why your child can't experience this attraction but obviously you know your child better than anyone else and should be able to judge whether you feel that they would enjoy it or not.
