I will be traveling with a three year old and one year old next November. Are the water parks good for little ones?

    Hi there, Kadie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Thanks for stopping by!

I am happy to report that both Walt Disney World Water Parks have fabulous areas for your little ones. Our family visited both when our children were small, and we really enjoyed the special areas just for tots in each park.  It sounds like you plan to visit in November of 2015, correct?  Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is closed for refurbishment right now, and is scheduled for closure through the holidays.

At Typhoon Lagoon, look for Ketchakiddee Creek, where water rides are for children 48" tall or shorter.  At Disney's Blizzard Beach Water park, plan to head over to Tike's Peak, where the height requirements are the same.  I am sure either place will be as big a hit with your children as they were with mine!

Have fun planning your trip to Walt Disney World, Kadie!

I wish you a truly magical vacation.
