Hi Rebekah!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you so much for bringing this great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR! And oh how fun that you'll be traveling with such a large group to Mickey's House! You all will share these memories forever!
The answer to this depends on how your
Disney Resort Hotel reservations are set up. If each family unit is staying in their own individual hotel room under a separate reservation number from the other families, then yes, each family will be able to pay for what they've ordered by providing a
MagicBand connected to just their room. It'll be no different than if you were dining at a non-Disney restaurant in the boring real world back home. To make things a bit easier, notify your server at the time that your group is placing your orders who gets charged to which ticket, then when it's time to pay each party will present a MagicBand and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, you're done! And pro tip: everything will remain separated out by family as you use
Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering, too!
If you're all staying in one huge multi-bedroom Disney Resort Hotel suite or villa, or one person in the group made one initial Disney Resort Hotel reservation that consists of three individual hotel room, then all of your
Disney Dining Plan meal and snack entitlements will be lumped all together - that's all of the entitlements each person has over the entirety of the vacation in one pot. There is still a way to track who-redeemed-what as your
My Disney Experience Mobile App will say "Kristen spent 4 credits on Monday at 7:00 P.M.", so each family could still "pay" per with their allotment of points.
I hope this helped to clEAR things up, Rebekah, and We'll See You Real Soon!
~Kristen
