    We are traveling for D2 Summit in May. Both of our athletes/ kiddo’s teams received bids this year. We purchased 2 Day Hoppers through Varsity. No we are thinking we should have considered 3 Days. Can I add the day once in the park?

    Hi Halie!

    Welcome to planDisney and congratulations on earning bids to the D2 Summit this year!  It's such a great accomplishment and there is no better place to celebrate than the Walt Disney World Resort!  

    Halie, typically tickets purchased through Varsity cannot be upgraded or modified but you can always check with your group leader to see if there are any options available to you.  While I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for, there is so much to see and do beyond the theme parks that I usually schedule at least a day or two on each Walt Disney World Resort vacation to enjoy everything else available!

    If you have an extra day, I'd recommend sleeping in and then enjoying a late breakfast and some time at your resort pool.  In the afternoon, I suggest checking out one of the miniature golf courses!  We had a blast at Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf located near Disney's BoardWalk.  After our round of golf, we headed over to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for dinner and then watched Happily Ever After from the resort beach.  It was a really relaxing way to spend the day!  

    Another option you may want to consider is purchasing a ticket to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  Whether you're looking to relax the day away laying in the sun and floating on the lazy river or seeking big thrills on the water rides and in the wave pool, there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy!  Crush 'n' Gusher is a not-to-be-missed attraction that combines a water slide with a coaster-like experience.  It's one of my favorites!
