What if you are traveling from another state and it takes 13 hours to get to hotel (Pop Century) how can I have a late check-in time & be assured that my reservation is safe & not cancelled?

    Hi Lynn,

I don't think you need to worry!  Your reservation is guaranteed with your credit card.  When I travel from British Columbia, it usually takes 15-20+ hours (total travel time including connections) so I always show up at the resort into the wee hours of the morning....never had a problem.  Sometimes I arrive at 10:30pm and at other times not until 2:00 or 3:00am and as long as you have your reservation confirmation number (just in case..for double verification, but probably won't be needed) and you have given a credit card to secure the room, then there should be no need to worry that your room will be given away.  There are many guests who travel from far away or at all different hours of the day (you won't be the only one's checking in late) and you will have a place to rest your weary head when you arrive.  If you have any further concerns it could not hurt to call the reservations line and ask them to attach a note onto your reservation that you will be a late arrival.  Hakuna Matata!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
