Disability Access Service on past visits to the
Walt Disney World Resort! I have great news for you! The Walt Disney World Resort is still offering this fantastic service, and with
Disney’s Genie Service, it is even easier now! You can register for this service at the theme parks entrances, or you can
pre-register via video call up until two days before your first theme park visit! Once you are registered and in the theme park, open up your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the bottom of the page for more options! After clicking for more options, you will see the Disability Access Service button. This option will allow you to make return time from your smartphone! The days of going from attraction to attraction are over now that we have Disney’s Genie Service! If you would prefer to go from attraction to attraction, you can still obtain return times in this manner! I have placed several links in the text above so that you can find the “Request a Live Video Chat,” view details about the Disability Access Service, and the benefits of Disney’s Genie Service!
