Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rachel. I'm glad you stopped by!
You must be anxiously awaiting the arrival of your little princess. How very exciting! A new baby may be the only thing I look forward to more than a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! My baby girl will be making her first visit this summer, so I totally understand wanting to plan ahead for any gear you'll need during your stay. In my family's experience, the
Pack 'n Play playards at Disney's Resort hotels do not include the newborn bassinet insert, but I just checked with a Cast Member who said that a bassinet insert
may be available during your stay. My best advice is to contact your
Resort hotel directly to ask about availability. You can find your Resort hotel's phone number on the overview tab of the hotel's webpage.
If you are unable to secure the bassinet insert that you need during your stay, you may want to consider renting a Pack 'n Play or crib from an Orlando-based rental company like A Baby's Best Friend. It looks like A Baby's Best Friend currently offers a Pack 'n Play with a half-sized bassinet insert or a full-sized bassinet insert.
Did you know that there is conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? It's the perfect place to whisk your little darling away for some peace and quiet amid an adventure-filled day.
I hope this was helpful, Rachel. I love chatting about little ones and the Walt Disney World Resort, so please let me know if you have any other questions!
