I am traveling Sept 4-13, 2020. I would like to ship from home some water, snacks for the morning...things like that. Do you think I will still be able to ship a package to my resort or will I have to do a local service when I get there?

Welcome back to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Melissa!

You must be so excited for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! I know that I'm looking forward to our own trip, too. Cannot wait to be back "home" again. :-)

We like to ship boxes of shelf-stable items to ourselves at our Walt Disney World Resort hotel, too, so you ask a very good question.

I called Walt Disney World to check on the status of Guests' receiving such packages, and a very friendly Cast Member confirmed that package receipt policies that were in place previously are still in place. So, if your Walt Disney World Resort hotel features a Ricoh Business Center, your parcel will be received there, and you can pick it up at that location during business hours. If your Walt Disney World Resort hotel does not feature a Business Center, your parcel will be delivered to your hotel's Front Desk Services. What a wonderful way to ensure that you have all the goodies you prefer as you start each day of park fun!

As you pack those pixie-dusted parcels and plan your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
