Hi Stacy,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort with a large group. Patience - make sure you pack it!
I just checked the online system to verify and was able to make one
advanced dining reservation for 10 people at both locations. Your challenge may be the dates of your visit. If the system says that no tables are available, I do suggest that you try making two separate reservations for around the same time. We have used this strategy in the past. When we checked into the restaurant, we informed the cast members that our parties were together and they were able to seat us together. Although the cast members do their best to make accommodations, we know that it may not always be possible, so we were prepared for our groups to sit separately in the restaurant.
This past summer, I also went with a group of 27. I had to call and speak with a cast member in dining at 407-939-1947 to make dining reservations for our group. She split us into smaller groups to make the reservation, but at the restaurant, they sat us together. As you make that reservation, be sure to note any food allergies on the reservation. We have always been pleased with the accommodations made by Disney chefs. On that visit with 27 people, we dined at Trail's End Restaurant. Two members of our party were vegan and the chefs prepared special meals for them. It was amazing!
Stacy, remember to use My Disney Experience as you make those reservations so that your plans are linked to your account and download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can view or modify plans while in the parks!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
