Hi! Traveling with 4 picky eaters. Looking for good quick service locations with a variety of options instead of the typical kid stuff in the parks. It would be great if they serve pasta (not mac and cheese)

    Kim:

If you've got picky eaters, I would strongly recommend that you look at the dining menus for the restaurants at Disney before you go. Some restaurants like Columbia Harbour House at Magic Kingdom offer tuna sandwiches on their kids menus not just the usual hotdog or hamburger fare. Other favorites of mine for kids include the grilled salmon at Epcot's Sunshine Seasons, the chicken leg at Animal Kingdom's Flame Tree Barbecue and the barbecue sandwiche at Magic Kingdom's Pecos Bill's.

You'll find Mickey Check meal options at all counter service locations usually with a sandwich offering and also options that include yogurt and carrot sticks. The best way to explore all of your options is to go to the THINGS TO DO tab at www.disneyworld.com and choose 'All Dining' then filter Dining Experience by selecting 'Counter Service.' However, if you find this cumbersome, take a peak at the menus at www.allears.net. I find those easier to read and research.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
