    We are traveling with 8 people, 3 separate families. We chose not to get the meal plan. Was hoping that when we go to dinner the restaurants will be able to split our bill. Does anyone have experience with this ? Thank you

    Hi Michelle! You must be so excited knowing you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short weeks! I love that you are traveling with 8 people and 3 families! That sounds practically perfect in every way! Enjoy every magical moment!

    Splitting checks in the restaurants is not a problem at all! I have done so many times and the servers are always very accommodating. I would suggest letting your server know early on that you will be on separate checks to make your meal payment more efficient for everyone.

    The dining options at Walt Disney World Resort are amazing! If you haven't already done so, be sure to make advance dining reservations as the restaurants can be very popular. With a party as large as yours, I would also recommend making reservation at off hours so you have a better chance of your party staying together when you are seated. While the restaurants do try to accommodate large parties, if you are there during peak hours, they may need to split your traveling party into multiple groups.
