    We are traveling with a party of 4 that didn't pre check in and one person is disabled and there are 2 kids. Our scheduled ship time is 230pm and we are in port Canaveral. I am concerned by the tight time to the ships departure. Can we arrive earlier?

    Hi there, Robyn,

    It sounds like your Disney Cruise Line vacation is imminent. I bet you're anxious to enjoy as much time as possible Where Magic Meets the Sea.

    When possible, I recommend completing Online Check-In as soon as your check-in window opens. Besides giving the opportunity to choose an earlier Port Arrival Time, Online Check-In provides additional peace of mind with regard to verification of travel documents and annotation of any requests for special services or dietary accommodations. In cases when Online Check-In isn't available or when life just gets in the way, the wonderful Cast Members at the cruise ship terminal will still do a marvelous job to make sure your embarkation is as smooth as possible.

    Guests who have not had the chance to check in online may arrive at the cruise ship terminal starting about 90 minutes before the ship's All-Aboard time. I recommend arriving no later than one hour before the All-Aboard time to make sure there's enough time to set everything in the right place. Besides, you'll probably want enough time to enjoy a complimentary soft serve ice cream cone or two before the ship's mandatory guest assembly drill!
