Hello, I will be traveling to Orlando in a couple weeks to visit family and was wondering, can my aunt who is a Florida resident purchase tickets for my husband, 5yr old daughter and myself.

Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

What a fun place to have family to visit! There is a lot to experience in the Orlando area, but of course my favorite place of all is the Walt Disney World Resort. You will have such a fun vacation!

Each adult that uses a Florida resident ticket must show proof of Florida residency. This applies to every Guest ages 18-years-old and older. With this is mind, you and your husband would not be able to use Walt Disney World theme park tickets that were purchased by your relative with a Florida resident discount. However, your aunt could purchase the discounted ticket for your 5-year-old daughter as long as the ticket is picked up by your aunt, so she can show her proof of residency on behalf of your daughter. Then, you will just need to purchase the regular tickets for you and your husband.

Keep an eye on the Special Offers page prior to your visit to see if any Walt Disney World theme park ticket discounts become available for your visit. You never know when the perfect offer will pop up!

Enjoy your visit, Jennifer! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
