Hi Jessica,
Hooray for the final countdown! I love that last week before a
Walt Disney World vacation. It's exciting and crazy and so much fun because the magic is finally about to begin!
I absolutely recommend bringing a double stroller for your kiddos. That is something I stress to every parent of young children. You will not regret it! Your 5-year old may walk quite a bit, but having a spot to rest will be crucial. I also love the storage aspect of bringing a stroller. We bring snacks, water, sunscreen and baby supplies to save money and time throughout the day.
I love visiting Disney Parks with a baby! It's so much fun to see the magic through the eyes of a child. They see things so much differently than we do. I loved to focus on the details when my boys were small. They were always the first to point out interesting features in the queues as we waited in line for an attraction. I tend to look up and around at other people, but they were focused on what was right in front of them. Such a fun perspective!
I recommend bringing whatever diapers, food and supplies you need for your baby and of course, that stroller! You'll also want to know and love the
Baby Care Centers found in each of the four theme parks. You can rest, change a diaper and even grab some last minute items if you forget anything.
I know you will have a wonderful trip, Jessica. I hope you make some magical memories with your little ones. It's something you will never forget!
Happy planning,
Andrea U
