Welcome back, Amanda!
The simple answer is yes. However, there are a few things that must be in place first. The two family members must request the
Disability Access Service (DAS) from any theme park Guest Relations Lobby. If DAS is assigned, the recipients will provide some basic information such as name and length of stay as well as have a photo taken. Since the DAS is electronically associated with all members of the party with valid theme park ticket media (MagicBands or admission tickets), any member of the party can obtain a DAS return time.
To obtain a return time, go to the attraction of choice and let the let the Cast Member know which DAS recipient and family members want to experience that attraction. The Cast Member will scan a MagicBand and see all the members of your party on the device so that only the ones who will be participating will be selected to receive a return time. You can then go to a different attraction to obtain a return time for the second DAS recipient. Again, you will let the Cast Member know which family members will be experiencing that attraction so they can be selected to receive the return time. Only one active return time for each DAS recipient and family members can be obtained at a time.
When it's time to experience the attraction, simply head back to the attraction's entrance making sure that the DAS recipient is the first to touch their media to the Mickey touch point. The Cast Member will then verify the DAS and the recipient's picture before allowing the rest of the party to scan their media to gain admittance to the attraction.
Of course, things are subject to change without notice as they continue to work out the kinks with the electronic DAS system. If you have further questions, please let us know!
