I will be traveling this October or November with my 3 year old son and 1 year old daughter. What do you recommend as a must? We have any option to stay in Old Key West. Do you recommend staying there? Any suggestions?

Howdy Amy!  I love this question!  There is nothing better than a trip to Walt Disney World with little ones!  It will truly be a magical vacation for all of you!

Old Key West is WONDERFUL!  It is perfect for families with small children.  The Villas at Old Key West are very spacious.  The 1-Bedroom villas (and larger) have a full kitchen and washer and dryer.  Be sure to pack extra detergent if you will be washing clothes.  If possible, try to request a Villa near the Hospitality House.  The resort is quite large but they do have a shuttle that runs throughout the resort if needed.

There are so many must do attractions and dining locations! Some of them include:

Characters:  plan to spend a lot of time with characters.  But also be flexible if your little ones are a bit timid when they meet some of them.

Parades:  be sure to try to enjoy the parades throughout the theme parks.  You will need to save a spot at least an hour before the parade begins (especially at Magic Kingdom).  We typically pick a spot and use the stroller to save our space.  One of us distracts the kids with shopping or snacks until the parade begins.

Disney's Hollywood Studios:  Disney Junior Live On Stage!

Magic Kingdom:  Dumbo the Flying Elephant and "It's a Small World."

Naps!  Yes - I'm listing naps as a must do.  Your children will be on constant overload.  Take some time to rest.

I hope this helps you in your planning.  Please let me know if you need any further information.  I know your vacation is going to be filled with countless magical memories!!
